The idea of this bussines was conformed by the three original integrants, we decided to do the vanilla kitty shape form cookies, we did not have that clear all the work and effort that it will take us to make the cookies in reallity, but we thought it would be attractive because the majority of people likes to eat or give cookies and if it were kitty shape it will give our cookies a special touch charasteristic of our brand
The idea of the kitty form surged for the influency of a TV animated show called Steven Universe that the team knew about, where it appears some cookie and ice cream sandwich with a kitty form called Cookie Cat or in spanish "Gato Galleta", inspirated in the story of a little cat that has to go to space and abandon his family, but for us the ice cream would increase pretty much the production costs and the difficulty at the packaging time and keep the product in good conditions we decided to get rid of the ice cream and do only individual cookies
We had finally the first sell day in the high school, we have realized previously the pre-orders and we took more cookies for if someone wanted to buy and did not made a a pre-order. Everything came out pretty good, there was not leftover cookies and everyone came for their orders on time, we had some difficulties with the money but at the end we felt pretty satisfied with our work. The time after the first sell day it looked pretty fine, we had some pre-orders already for the sell days outside school and all the three integrants were working truly armonised between the three, but for personal problems the boss of the bussines had to abandon it, leaving the three persons team in only two people.
After her retirement of the team it made us a little difficultier to get organized and have to do all the orders that we already had only between the two of us because in reallity we had almost the same amount of orders as the last time or even more but at the end, everything came out really good and all the orders got delivered in time and form
Everytime we bake we notice some aspects that we can change in the recipe so the flavor can be more delicious and memorable, so with each sell we approach to the real flavor of Neko-Cookies
Nowadays we keep working only between two, in an order and responsible way, we already got adapted to the new team and to a couple weeks to make the last and more important sell day for our bussines
